​“I think it’s time to leave now, Aurora. Thank you for the cookies. Bye, Take care.” He said and walked down the steps.

“Bye, Ash. I hope we meet again.” Aurora smiled and waved her hand.

I hope so too, Ash whispered waving his hand. 

The sun was now shining bright, it was noon. On his way back, he kept humming songs and smiling for no reason. Soon, he got out of the Umbrane forest. As he was crossing the old-looking bridge, he wondered if he was forgetting something. With a splash of water, all the thoughts got cleared. 

“The bucket!” 

He completely forgot about the bucket when he was in her house. He rushed back to Aurora’s house. He remembered on his way that he left the bucket in her garden.

As soon as he reached her garden, he gasped once again, the entire garden looked dried up. It looked as if all the flowers were sad and droopy.

“Maybe she’s not at home, again.” He thought, smiling foolishly.

He crossed the Umbrane forest again and reached the bank of the Sanctus Lake, catching his breath.

He put the cookie box, wrapped in a red cloth, on the wet soil. And filled the bucket again.

He tried hard handling both, the bucket and the box but soon he reached his home.

“Where were you? I am dying here and you call yourself my friend?” Jason shouted and ran to the kitchen as soon as he got the clue of Ash entering the house.

“But, why? I made breakfast for you.” Ash put the bucket down on the floor.

“Oh great, Thank you so much! Don’t you know I hate to eat alone?” Jason asked, demandingly.

“So, you didn’t eat it. But I wrote that I’ve already had my breakfast” Ash said.

“You and I know this thing very well that we can’t fool each other. I know you didn’t eat it. Now let’s have breakfast, at 1:00pm, what a great idea.” Jason said arranging the plates on the table. “By the way, will you tell me what’s in your hand?”

Ash suddenly realised that he had a treasure in his hands, enough to make Jason more than happy.

“Your favourite cookies.” Ash said, much whispering.

“Did my ears hear something like ‘cookies’ just now?”

Ash giggled, “Yes, Jason.” He sat in the dining seat and unwrapped the box.

“Will you do it fast? Give it to me” Jason said getting restless.

“Wait Dude, good things ask for patience.” He laughed and offered him the cookies.

He picked out two together. And after eating the one, “They are.. so delicious. How do you make them so delicious?”

“She says it’s a secret” Ash replied.

“Did my ears hear ‘she’ just now?” Jason gave him a suspicious look.

“Oh, there’s so much work left to do right now” Ash said rolling his eyes here and there.

  2. Another interesting episode.
    Have you heard of Wattpad? It’s basically a site where you write and readers get to like and comment. You’ve got a vivid imagination and I think it would work well in the Wattpad community. Now now, I’m not trying to tell you what to do with your blog. Though if you could also post on Wattpad too, I don’t think it could be a bad idea. You could do it simultaneously if you want. But then, it’s all an opinion.

    1. I am bit freaked out of Wattpad…
      I’ve posted two stories there and then I pose the momentum because… there can be so many reasons…

  4. Is Ash has a habit of humming songs just like you, little movielover 💕. And you know what I too don’t like to eat alone, the reason I usually skip lunch, haha. But we should thank college canteen for that. But this is amazing now I want this friendship followed by few traces of love, how beautiful it sounds. Well done 👍

    1. Oh yes yes! Wow, that’s so sweet. But I like to eat alone because in school we are divided into two groups, clergy and commoners…
      The one who brings Maggie macroni and other stuff is regarded as clergy and everyone likes to eat with them.
      The one who brings sabji parantha, even though the sabji is far better than macroni, they are regarded as commoners.
      So that’s why… hahahahaha

      1. That’s so good that you eat healthy food, healthy mind lives in a healthy body. But now also I used to eat clergy food as I love to eat. But my mom don’t allow and her wish my command, haha.

        Lunch ke time saare class wale class me ghnte h ye dekhne ke liye ki kon kya kya Laya h… my friend once stopped in front of me with his other looters and then shouted “sipaahiyo, hamla karo” and in second macroni vanished…

      10. Haha, actually one of my friend today told me that I can’t have any friend in my whole life… and I laughed at it and said it’s good! Haha.
        But then I don’t know what to do because whenever I think about his statement, I don’t know what’s wrong with him or me…

      12. I know that but you know what he said, that people say a lot of things behind my back, always negative things and I told him that I know it already. And then he said that I always think I am right but then then I told him that whatever I think is personally my opinion, and I don’t know if it’s right or wrong, I just know that it’s my point of view…
        And people from back started singing “bigg boss bigg boss bigg boss” Hahahahahahahahahaha….
        Or fir Maine use bola bhi ki meri selection of friends bohot peculiar h, agar aap us list ke nhi h to koi baat nhi… I’m fine with it and then he kept blaming me…

      25. Having an opinion about someone or something is different. But the situation you gave is totally different. Never let yourself get used by someone else. This world isn’t all good. People will use you so better give them back what they did.

      5. ☺😊 You should visit atleast once. I’ve came to Delhi some 7-8 back, it was really hot there. But here it’s really cool. Its really nice seeing places understanding different cultures. I’m from north Kerala, Kannur District, The Land of Theyyam. Theyyam is inevitable part of our life every year in temples we’ll celebrate this ,from November to May most of all theyyam will be celebrated. Google it once you’ll get to know how awesome it is. And it’s the best time to visit North Kerala. Also there are some tourist destinations that you’ll love to see. I too want to visit North India again… But idk when it’ll gonna happen.. I love travelling.. 😍

I had to update my blog yesterday .. n my blog is bit different from yours its a pro-blog..
