You know there’s a strange thing about them. They don’t just twinkle and sparkle in the sky when it’s dark. There’s a reason why I feel for them.

Have you ever smiled at a star and made a wish, maybe not. But you make one when it falls. That’s the thing I love about them the most – They fulfil our wishes by sacrificing themselves.

  2. To wish during the falling star is a myth or what is to be kept aside.
    The act of wishing itself seems interesting and by chance.
    As I am a sky watcher I do smile and have wished many a times dear.
    But I do not know the sacrificial act. Hahaha

    In this vast universe what all happens for what all reasons is beyond our limits to think.

      Maybe it’s a myth, maybe not. 😂
      I am a sky watcher too… And I smile at them, but not the stars much. The one I ask for wishes is actually the moon, or the setting sun. 😊
      The sacrificial act, haha, that was just hyperbole. 😂

  9. It’s nice to wish a dream for something even while holding those scientific truths behind the same ..isn’t it.. why should we spoil the moment in those scientific thoughts..

      2. Yeah!! I know that. And I also make a wish from it! I don’t know if I believe in them or they get true (well they get true, I asked for 10 Cgpa, and I got it, but I won’t give the credit of my hardwork to this little hair, lol) 😂😂😂

I don’t know If I wish with the thought ‘hope it gets true’, I just wish because… I know these things are listening to me, and it feels so good to say things to something that no one else can listen to. Because even though they don’t have ears, we tell them our deepest desires! That’s why I like to say my wishes to them that I would never tell anyone else. 😊

  11. I never thought about it this way ! The same star staying still will never be noticed as much. I wished many things from shooting stars but I don’t know whether they came true or not 😀 I will forget about it soon after 🙂 beautifully written Harsh !

    1. But now you will, when you will look at them. Yeah, they don’t get noticed then. But shooting stars catch our attention.
      Maybe they are going to come true, or maybe they have already become true, you just need to find it. 😊

      4. Maybe not. Publishing blue watery eyes will be great though, but I won’t wish for it! I will wish to write the most beautiful story ever!! 😊😊 (But considering there are so many amazing writers in this world, it’s next to impossible haha) 😂
